摘要
双离合自动变速器中驻车锁止机构的主体设计,并对其进行仿真分析和研究,主要有以下任务:变速箱驻车锁止机构主体部分的方案由双离合自动变速器的结构及性能要求来确定;完成各零件的尺寸计算和方案论证;使用Pro-E对驻车锁止机构进行三维建模,绘制相应装配图和主要零件图;使用ANSYS对制动臂和制动齿轮进行校核,确保零件能适应实际工况;对零件传动凸轮与导向金属片编制机械加工工艺流程。该驻车锁止机构的结构设计合理,满足强度要求,符合自动变速器的条件,具有一定的实用性。
This paper focuses on the main design of the parking lock mechanism of the dual clutch automatic transmission,which mainly includes the following five tasks.Firstly,the scheme of the main body part of the gear box parking lock mechanism is determined by the structure and performance requirements of the dual clutch automatic transmission.Secondly,the dimension calculation and demonstration program of the parts was completed.Thirdly,The Pro-E was used to model the parking lock mechanism,the assembly drawing and the drawing of the main parts were designed.?Fourthly,ANSYS was used to check the park pawl and the park gear to ensure that the parts can be adapted to the actual conditions.Lastly,the mechanical processing process for the parts transmission cam and guiding metal sheet was prepared.The calculation results show that the structure design of the parking lock mechanism is reasonable,meets the requirements of strength and is in accordance with the conditions of the automatic transmission.
