摘要
针对薄壁铝合金零件在数控车削加工过程中存在的加工难度大、零件变形等问题,分别讨论了切削力、切削热、残余应力、夹紧力等导致零件变形的主要原因,详细阐述了加工工序、机床选择与工装设计,创新性地提出采用扇形软爪或端面夹紧的方式加工薄壁铝合金零件内外形的加工工艺方法,通过零件试加工,证实该方法保证了零件的加工质量,解决了该薄壁铝合金零件的加工难题,满足了生产实际需要,可为类似零件的加工提供参考。
Based on the problems existing in the NC turning process of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts,this paper discussesthe main reasons of part deformation,such as cutting force,cutting heat,residual stress,clamping force,etc.It elaboratesprocessing procedure,machine tool selection and tooling design,and proposes to process the thin-walled aluminum alloy partsusing sector soft claw and end face clamping.Test shows that this method ensures machining quality and solves the machiningproblem of the thin-walled aluminum alloy parts,besides,it meets production needs and can provide references for theprocessing of similar parts.
