摘要
教师培训是高职教师专业发展的重要途径。本文采用问卷调查和访谈形式,结合高职教师培训的供需现状,分析目前S省高职教师培训供需失衡的原因,探析在供给侧改革视域下高职教师培训的优化路径。
Teacher training is an important way to improve higher vocational teachers'professional development.With questionnaires,interviews and the current situation,this paper analyzes the causes of the imbalance of the supply and demand in higher vocational teacher training in S Province,and explores the optimization path for higher vocational teacher training under the perspective of supply side reform.
