深水表层钻井套管层次简化技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 深水表层钻井套管通常包括表层导管和表层套管2层,目前表层导管基本采用喷射法施工,表层套管需要进行固井作业,表层总体作业工期长、成本高。为适应当前低油价形式,进一步控制成本,通过采用设计的特殊接头实现将表层导管和表层套管2层合为1层套管柱,实现简化后的套管柱能够满足井口抗弯和承载力的需求,通过技术创新提出深水表层钻井套管层次简化方案,该方案能够满足高低压井口头连接和工艺实施要求。工程实例中,由于工序的简化,作业工期可由常规作业方式的6 d缩短至3 d,作业费用降低50%左右。该技术有效地缩短了作业工期,降低了作业成本,降本增效效果明显,为深水表层钻井作业优化提供了新的思路。 Deepwater surface drilling casing usually consist of surface conductor and surface casing.At present,the surface conductor is basically constructed by jetting method.While the surface casing needs to be cemented,resulting in long overall working period and high cost.In order to accommodate the current low oil price environment and further control the cost,simplifying the surface conductor and surface casing into one casing string through the designed special joint has been proposed.The simplified casing string could meet the wellhead bending and bearing capacity demand.The proposed deep-water surface drilling casing simplification program through the technical innovation could meet the high/low pressure wellhead connection and process implementation requirements.In the engineering project,due to the simplification of the operation,compared with the conventional operation mode,the working period was reduced from6days to3days and the operating cost was reduced by about50%.The technology has effectively shorten the working time and reduced the operating costs with significant cost reduction the efficiency increment performance,providing a new idea of deepwater surface drilling operation optimization.
