不同清粪工艺下猪、牛、鸡养殖场粪水和污水厌氧消化技术探讨 被引量:7

Anaerobic Digestion Technology of Fecal Water and Wastewater from Pig,Cattle and Chicken Farms with Different Manure Collection

摘要 通过分析不同清粪工艺下猪、牛、鸡养殖场粪水和污水特征,结合厌氧消化工程案例调研,以及常用消化技术特性分析,提出了猪粪水宜采用USR(升流式固体反应器)和CSTR(全混合固体反应器)厌氧技术处理;牛粪水宜采用USR、HCPF(塞流式消化器)和CSTR厌氧技术处理;鸡粪水宜采用CSTR厌氧技术处理;干清粪的污水和水冲粪粪水经固液分离后的污水宜采用UASB厌氧技术处理。 We illustrated fecal water and wastewater characteristics from pig,cattle,and chicken farms with different manure collection,investigated anaerobic digestion project cases,and analyzed anaerobic digestion technology peculiarity.Ultimately,the suitable anaerobic digestion technologies were proposed as follows:USR(Up flow Solids Reactor)was suitable for pig and cattle fecal water,CSTR(Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor)was suitable for pig,cattle,and chicken fecal water,HCPF(High Concentration and Plug Flow Digester)was suitable for cattle fecal water,UASB(Up flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed Reactor)was suitable for the wastewater of dry collection water and manure cleaning by rinsing water after solid-liquid separation.
