摘要
目的测定一种富硒泡腾片中硒的含量。方法超纯水直接溶解富硒泡腾片,利用氢化物原子荧光光谱法检测其中硒的含量。结果硒的线性范围为0~10μg/L,硒的检出限为0.613μg/L,测得泡腾片中每克药片硒含量为78.455μg。结论建立了原子荧光光谱法检测富硒泡腾片中硒含量的方法,该方法简便、灵敏、重现性较好。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of selenium in effervescent tablets.Methods The effervescent tablets were dissolved in ultrapure water and the content of selenium was analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The linear range of selenium was0μg/L to10μg/L.The detection limit of the method was0.613μg/L.A total content of78.455μg/g of selenium was detected in the effervescent tablets.Conclusion This method has proved to be simple and sensitive.Therefore,it can be used for the determination of selenium in effervescent tablets.
