摘要
以123为模板剂,TEOS为主要硅源,3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、N-十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷为有机硅源,采用直接法制备不同疏水基(甲基、辛基、十六烷基)固体酸,改变TEOS预水解时间,考察样品对乙酸正丁酯酯化反应的影响.采用XRD、FT-IR和N_2吸附-脱附等手段对样品进行表征.结果表明:随着疏水基有机硅烷链的增长,样品疏水性的增强,酯化率增大;TEOS预水解时间为180min时,样品的酯化率有所提高,最高可达88.23%.
Containing different alkyl(methyl,octyl and cetyl)hydrophobic solid acid SBA-15-SO3H was prepared by direct,in which Pluronic P123was used as template,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)was adopted as silicon source and(3-Mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane、Methyltriethoxysilane、n-Octyltriethoxysilane、n-Hexadecyltriethoxysilane was utilized as coupling agent.And the contrast experiment was done,the prehydrolysis time of TEOS was changed,and the effect of sample on esterification of acetic acid was studied.All the materials were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and N2adsorption-desorption.The results show With the increase of the hydrophobic group,the increase of the hydrophobicity of the samples,the esterification rate increased;When the prehydrolysis time of180min was TEOS,the esterification rate of the prepared samples was improved,which was88.23%.
