摘要
黄有荣教授在30年余年的临床科研工作中,积累了丰富的骨伤病治疗经验,文章就中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕作了简单介绍。黄有荣教授认为颈椎退行性改变或颈椎内外动静平衡失调可导致椎动脉压迫,而椎动脉压迫引起供血不足,而这一系列异常变化是导致发病的主要原因。在治疗过程中,黄有荣教授运用中西医结合的思想,将中医辩证与现代生物力学理论结合,提出自拟芍药木瓜汤加针对颈部稳定性的理筋手法和针对骨关节错位(位移)的正骨手法,并配合颈椎牵引的治疗方法。
In the clinical research work over30years,Professor Huang yourong has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of bone disease.This paper briefly introduces the combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating cervical vertigo.Professor Huang Yourong think that the degenerative change of cervical or inside and outside of dynamic and static balance disorders can result in vertebral artery oppression,and the pressure of vertebral artery leads to insufficient blood supply,and these changes is the main cause of the disease.In the process of treatment,Professor Huang Yourong presents the Paeoniae and Papaya Decoction and manipulative therapy for cervical stability and the bonesetting skills for joint dislocation(displacement),and cooperate with the treatment of cervical traction.The treatment is based on the idea of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,Chinese medicine dialectical and combined with modern biological mechanics theory.
