摘要
功能性子宫出血中医治法新论是以"塞流、澄源、复旧"三步疗法作为基础,通过临床长期观察、分析,总结提出的一套全新的治疗方法,属于创新理论。把原来临床分七型辨证论治,变为临床综合辨证成气血亏虚兼瘀血或血热一个证型进行治疗。将三步疗法综合为一步疗法,即摄血清源安宫法。将七型组方用药综合为一个组方用药,即摄血清源安宫汤,临床历时30年研制,治疗宫血3000例左右,有效率100%,治愈率96%,临床具备可重复性,符合精准医学要求,值得推广。本方药已被国家专利局授予发明专利。专利号:ZL:201110122688.7。
The new theory of TCM treatment on functional uterine bleeding was summed up through the long-term clinical observation and analysis based on the three-step therapy of pluging flow,clearing the origin and womb instauration,which was a set of new innovative treatment method.Instead of the original seven clinical syndrome types,we treated the functional uterine bleeding as Qi-blood deficiency with blood stasis or blood deficiency syndrome in total.Therefore we synthesized the three-step therapy into one step therapy,namely the Shexue Qingyuan An’gong therapy.Thus we treated the disease with the Shexue Qingyuan An’gong decoction.This therapy was summed up through30years clinical research with3000cases.The efficiency rate was100%and the cure rate was96%.The utility model had the advantages of being clinically repeatable,meeting the accurate medical requirements,and is worthy of popularization.This decoction had been granted patent of invention by the state patent office.Patent number:ZL:201110122688.7.
