摘要
采用网络问卷调查的形式,对五年制临床医学专业本科生科研素质的培养现状进行了调查。根据调研结果,结合实际工作经验,发现目前临床医学专业本科生存在科研活动参与度不够高、科研素质培养模式固化、科研知识技能较为薄弱、创新意识和创新能力不足等问题。针对目前临床医学专业本科生科研素质的培养现状,提出了营造良好的科研氛围、增强课程设置的灵活性、推行导师制培养模式、重视科研项目的带动作用、促进临床实践教学和科研素质培养的融合等提升路径。
The present situation of scientific research quality of five-year clinical medical undergraduates was investigated by the form of questionnaire.According to the survey results and practical experience,it is found that education of clinical medical undergraduates is meeting the problems such as limited participation in scientific research activities,rigid mode of training scientific quality,weak knowledge and skills of scientific research,and lacking of innovative awareness and ability.Aiming at the present situation of scientific research quality of undergraduates in clinical medicine,this paper puts forward some suggestions to create a good atmosphere for scientific research,to enhance the flexibility of curricula,to implement the mode of mentoring,to attach importance to the leading role of scientific research projects and to promote the fusion of clinical practice teaching and scientific research quality cultivation.
