摘要
目的探讨3种复方氟米松软膏不同用法治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法选取医院收治的神经性皮炎患者360例,随机分为A组、B组和C组,各120例,每组用药方法不同。结果 A组和B组患者皮损程度、皮损面积、瘙痒程度和苔藓化程度积分比较差异不大(P>0.05),C组明显低于A组和B组;A组、B组和C组的总有效率分别为88.33%,90.00%,96.67%,C组明显高于A组和B组;A组、B组和C组复发率分别为11.67%,15.00%,18.33%,A组明显低于B组和C组;A组、B组和C组不良反应发生率分别为16.67%,20.00%,8.33%,C组明显低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗神经性皮炎疗效显著,不同用法效果不同,C组用法效果最佳,皮损程度最轻,且可提高总有效率,虽减少了激素使用且降低了不良反应发生率,但无法降低复发率。
