摘要
目的建立一种共振光散射法测定痕量双酚A方法。方法在pH8.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,KIO4-藏红T-双酚A体系发生氧化还原及离子缔合反应,使藏红T在波长332nm和560nm处的共振光散射明显增强,据此建立一种共振光散射法测定样品中痕量双酚A的含量。结果共振光散射增强值(ΔI)与双酚A浓度(ρ)之间呈良好的线性关系。在332nm处,方法的线性范围为1.43×10^(-4)~2.40μg/mL,检出限为0.043μg/L;在560nm处,方法的线性范围为5.70×10^(-4)~3.60μg/mL,检出限为0.17μg/L。结论建立的方法简便快速、灵敏度高,用于塑料薄膜和矿泉水瓶浸提液中双酚A的测定,结果满意。
