匹多莫德联合常规药物治疗对反复呼吸道感染儿童感染状态、免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

Influence of pidotimod combined with conventional drug therapy on the infection status and immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

摘要 目的:探讨匹多莫德联合常规药物治疗对反复呼吸道感染儿童感染状态、免疫功能的影响。方法:收集在本院接受住院治疗的反复呼吸道感染儿童118例,随机分为对照组、观察组各59例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加入匹多莫德联合治疗。对比两组治疗前及治疗后1周时血清中炎症介质、急性时相反应蛋白、Th1/Th2细胞因子含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组血清中炎症介质、急性时相反应蛋白、Th1/Th2细胞因子含量的差异无统计学意义。治疗1周后,两组血清中TNF-α、PCT、CRP、PAB、TRF、IL-4的含量均低于治疗前,IFN-γ的含量以及IFN-γ/IL-4的水平均高于治疗前且观察组血清中TNF-α、PCT、CRP、PAB、TRF、IL-4的含量低于对照组,IFN-γ的含量以及IFN-γ/IL-4的水平高于对照组。结论:反复呼吸道感染儿童接受匹多莫德联合常规药物治疗,可有效抑制机体感染状态并优化Th1/Th2细胞免疫功能。 Objective:To study the influence of pidotimod combined with conventional drug therapy on the infection status and immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:118children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who were treated in the hospital between January2015and January2017were collected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,59cases in each group.Control group received conventional therapy,and observation group received pidotimod combined with conventional therapy.The differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators,acute phase proteins and Th1/Th2cytokines were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the differences in serum levels of inflammatory mediators,acute phase proteins and Th1/Th2cytokines were not statistically significant between the two groups.after1week of treatment,serum TNF-α,PCT,CRP,PAB,TRF and IL-4contents of both groups of children were lower than those before treatment while IFN-γcontents as well as IFN-γ/IL-4levels were higher than those before treatment,and serum TNF-α,PCT,CRP,PAB,TRF and IL-4contents of observation group were lower than those of control group while IFN-γcontent as well as IFN-γ/IL-4level was higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Pidotimod combined with conventional drug therapy can effectively inhibit the infection status and optimize the Th1/Th2cellular immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
