摘要
文章针对铁水预处理KR脱硫生产过程中脱硫剂的使用量配比及脱硫搅拌时间进行研究,在减少原设计脱硫剂加入量30%的基础上,同时延长3~6 min的搅拌时间,可提高脱硫剂的利用率,实现低成本脱硫,进而降低原材料消耗成本。
In the paper,usage amount ratio of desulfurizer and stirring time of desulfurization are studied in the process of KR desulfurization for pretreatment of hot metal,and on the basis of reducing30%desulfurizer addition amount in the original design,while extending the stirring time3～6min,which can improve the utilization of desulfurizer,achieve desulfurization with low cost,thereby reducing the cost of raw material consumption.
