摘要
目的探究无痛胃镜在老年上消化道异物中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月在本院接受治疗的上消化道异物老年患者64例,按照就诊顺序将其分成对照组及观察组,每组各32例,对照组经常规胃镜取出异物,而观察组则利用无痛胃镜将异物取出,分析两组患者临床效果。结果观察组32例不良反应发生率、SAS及SDS自评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗中心率水平、平均动脉压水平以及血氧饱和度与对照组相比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜用于老年上消化道异物具有良好的临床效果,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the application value of painless gastroscopy in the removal of foreign bodies in upper digestive tract.Methods A total of64elderly patients with foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract treated during Jan.2015and Dec.2016were divided into the control group and observation group,32case in either group.The foreign bodies were removed with conventional gastroscope in the control group,and with painless gastroscope in the observation group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse reaction,SAS and SDS were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the average arterial pressure and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless gastroscope is safe and effective to remove foreignbodies in the upper digestive tract.
