摘要
针对节制闸混凝土结构在施工期容易产生裂缝这一问题,将节制闸中墩混凝土作为研究对象,根据混凝土结构内温度、材料特性以及边界条件的变化,对其施工期温度应力场进行了三维仿真模拟计算,分析了施工期由内外温度差引起的混凝土结构应力变化的特征与规律。结果表明:施工期,由于混凝土结构内外温差比较大,在热胀冷缩的作用下,易出现拉应力随着温差的增大而逐渐增大,从而引起节制闸中墩混凝土结构开裂,破坏其耐久性,产生安全隐患,导致工程质量问题。因此,为确保施工期混凝土的抗裂安全性,应采取相应的温控防裂措施。
Aiming at the problem that concrete would have cracked easily during construction,taking the middle pier concrete of check gate as the research object,simulating the temperature-stress field in construction period by the three-dimensional simulation model,according to variation characteristics of temperature,materials and boundary conditions,it demonstrated that how the temperature difference between internal and external concrete had made the stress field vary during construction.The result showed that due to the large temperature difference between internal and external concrete during construction and the effect of heat expansion and cold contraction,it was easy to make the tensile stress appear and increase which could result in cracks of the middle pier concrete of check gate structure.It also could destroy durability of projects,cause hidden danger and compromise the quality of construction.Therefore,the corresponding temperature control measures which can prevent cracks should have been taken during construction to ensure the safety.
