摘要
以马铃薯品种费乌瑞它(Favorite)脱毒苗茎段为材料,采用先固体壮苗培养,再添加液体结薯诱导培养基的固液双层培养方式,研究了液体结薯诱导培养基添加量与蔗糖质量浓度对试管薯诱导的影响.结果表明:与对照(先固体壮苗培养,再移苗到液体结薯诱导培养基)相比,固液双层培养方式操作简便,更适合马铃薯试管薯的规模化生产;在固液双层培养方式中,适当增加液体结薯诱导培养基的添加量及其蔗糖质量浓度,可促进试管薯的形成,提高试管薯质量.
