摘要
首先介绍了三电平逆变器断续调制法的原理及产生方法,对连续脉宽调制PWM方法和断续PWM(DPWM)调制法的性能进行了对比分析。然后提出了一种基于载波调制的优化方案,可以使断续调制法与非单位功率因数运行条件相适应,且采用该优化DPWM调制法的三电平逆变器在非单位功率因数条件下运行时可以获得更小的开关损耗。仿真和实验结果均验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。
This paper firstly presents the principle and realization of the discontinuous pulse-width modulation(DPWM)for the three-level inverter,and carries out a comparative study of the performance of the continuous PWM and the DPWM.As a result,an optimal carrier-based modulation scheme is proposed to accommodate the DPWM with the non-unity power factor operation of inverters.In addition,the proposed optimal DPWM can reduce the switching loss of three-level inverters running at a non-unity power factor.Simulation and experimental results finally validate the correctness and feasibility of the modulation scheme.
