摘要
采用细碎工艺及磨前多段预选抛废分选工艺是磁铁矿选厂提高经济效益的重要途径。针对常规磁系干式磁选机由于其本身磁场的局限性,无法解决细粒干选过程中由于磁团聚导致矿物可选性变差这一问题,提出采用多极交变磁场磁选机应用于细碎后磁铁矿石预选作业。在对多极交变磁场分选机理分析基础之上,计算出磁性矿粒完成一个完整分选过程的数学表达式,采用试验统计方法以尾矿磁性铁含量M和抛废率γ评价目标值建立数学评价模型,并求解出最优参数,为多极交变磁场磁选机的设计提供基础理论指导。
