摘要
综合医院拥有强大的人才队伍,较为完善的临床、教学、科研体系,依托综合医院建立全科专业培训基地,对培养合格的全科医师具有重要的意义。本研究通过对河南省部分全科专业住院医师规范化培训基地的建设实践进行总结,探讨综合医院全科医学科的定位,并提出建设思路与方法。建设好全科医学科的基本前提是:高度重视和支持全科医学科工作、发挥全科医学科带头人作用、设置全科医学科的独立场所、建设全科医学团队、发展基层医疗卫生机构作为全科医师培养的基层实践基地、成立全科教研室。思路与方法:明确职责分工、梳理主要关系、确定全科医教研协同发展的思路,从而促使综合医院全科医学科在全科人才培养及医改中发挥更大的作用。
The general hospitals possess strong teams of staff and a thorough system of clinical practice,teaching and research.Establishing training bases of general medicine in those general hospitals has significant importance in training qualified general practitioners.By summarizing the previous experience of discipline construction of general medicine in some training bases in Henan province,the aim of this article is to discuss the orientation of department of general practice in general hospitals and provide some ideas and methods for the construction process.The basis of building good training bases for general practitioners includes valuing and supporting the general practice,setting up independent places for the practice,building up great teams of staff,developing the basic clinics into training bases for the practice and establishing teaching teams for general practice.Ideas and methods:making clarity for responsibilities,sorting out the main connections and ensuring the concerted development of department of general medicine in clinical practice,teaching as well as research.In doing so,it will prompt the department of general medicine in general hospitals to play a more important role in the development of good-quality training and health care reform.
