摘要
加快培养大批合格的全科医师,对于提高基层医疗卫生服务水平、建立分级诊疗制度、深化医药卫生体制改革与维护和增进人民群众健康具有重要意义。全科住院医师规范化培训(住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是培养高素质人才的主要途径。我国的全科住培已经取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些不足:体系尚不健全、培训基地过程管理欠规范、住院医师缺乏有序的准入及淘汰机制、师资力量薄弱及评价体系不完善、国家经费投入不足等。针对上述问题,本研究提出了相应的建议:尽快完善住培体系、加快培训基地建设、建立住院医师准入制度、进一步规范师资培训、完善各项配套政策等。
Expediting training of a large number of qualified general practitioners has important significance in improving the basic medical and health services,establishing hierarchical medical system,deepening medical and health system reform and maintaining people’s health.Standardized residency training of general practitioners is an important part of graduate education,and it is the main way to train high-qualitied talents.The standardized residency training programs of general practitioners in China have achieved certain success,but there are still some shortcomings.The shortcomings include imperfectness of the training system,lacking of standardized management and admission and elimination criteria of the programs,inadequate educational resources,and lacking of state funds.This study puts forward corresponding suggestions on the above issues,such as improving the standardized residency training system of general practitioners,speeding up the training bases construction,setting up admission criteria of the programs,standardizing training of teachers,and improving various supporting policies.
