摘要
目的了解广州市中小学生伤害现状及疾病负担，为完善广州市中小学生伤害监测系统并制定切实可行的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对广州市2012—2013学年中小学伤害监测哨点学校在校发生伤害学生填写的《广州市中小学伤害监测报告卡》和报告资料进行统计分析。结果伤害监测哨点学校共有822人次发生伤害，中小学生伤害发生率为0.27%。男、女生伤害发生率分别为0.41%和0.13%，小学、初中、高中和职中分别0.21%、0.30%、0.33%以及0.15%。伤害原因以跌倒/坠落伤最多(38.2%)，伤害最多发生于体育活动时(39.2%)，伤害性质中以骨折最多(27.9%)。一学年发生伤害所需要的医疗费用合共为1311807元，住院费用占所有费用的63.3%。因伤害导致缺课总天数为2513天，有314人次父母因照顾伤害患儿误工，占38.2%。结论不同性别、不同类型的学生伤害发生原因和性质有所不同，学校应有针对性地开展伤害干预活动。
Objective To estimate the prevalence of student injuries in Guangzhou primary and middle schools during2012school year so as to provide scientific evidence for the establishment of a practical and effective monitoring and preventive system of injury.Methods The questionnaires completed during2012school year by injured students in the sentinel schools of Guangzhou city were collected and analyzed.Results Of all students in the sentinel schools,822person times injuries were reported.The average incidence of injury was0.27%with a gender difference of a higher incidence in boys(0.41%)and a lower in girls(0.13%).Injury incidences were also different among primary schools(0.21%),junior middle schools(0.30%),senior middle schools(0.33%)and vocational and technical schools(0.15%).The prominent cause of injury was falls or trips(38.2%)and injury occurred most frequently when students were in sports(39.2%).Bone fracture(27.9%)was the leading consequence among the medical conditions caused by injury.Total medical cost for an academic year was1311807Yuan,of which63.3%for hospitalization.Injured students were absent from school for accumulated2513days.Parents of38.2%injured students were absent from work(314person times)for taking care of injured.Conclusion The reasons and natures of injury differed dependent on the gender of a student and the type of school where he/she is studying.Specific interventions should be made for students accordingly.
