摘要
通过对引进的‘白果’南天竹(Nandina domestica‘Alba’)的实地栽培和观测,表明‘白果’南天竹在河南地区表现良好。以‘白果’南天竹的茎段为外植体进行快繁研究,结果表明:腋芽诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.5 mg·L^(-1),诱导率为89.13%;适合南天竹增殖的培养基为MS+NAA 1.5mg·L^(-1)+6-BA 0.1 mg·L^(-1),增殖系数为3.58。较高的6-BA浓度下,易出现愈伤组织和玻璃化苗。生根的适宜培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg·L^(-1),生根率45%。
The field cultivation and observation on the introduced Nandina domestica“Alba”shows that it grows well in Henan area.Take the stem of Nandina domestica“Alba”as the explant,the rapid propagation research results suggest that the suitable medium for axillary bud induction is MS+6-BA1.5mg﹒L-1+NAA0.5mg﹒L-1,and the inductivity is89.13%;the suitable medium for propagation of Nandina domestica is MS+NAA1.5mg﹒ L-1+6-BA0.1mg﹒ L-1,and the propagation coefficient is3.58.Under the higher6-BAconcentration,it tends to appear callus and vitrified shoots.The suitable medium for rooting is1/2MS+NAA0.2mg﹒L-1,and the rooting percentage is45%.
