摘要
氟甲喹是第二代喹诺酮类动物专用药物,广泛用于畜禽及水产养殖过程中的病害防治。由于长期或不当用药,氟甲喹药物极易残留于动物源食品中,该药物对人体健康的潜在危害引起了人们的广泛关注。总结了氟甲喹在动物源食品中的残留限量、样品前处理方法,综述了毛细管电泳、荧光分析、声表面波传感器、胶束液相色谱等氟甲喹药物残留最新检测方法的研究进展,提出了研究发展方向,以期为我国食品安全检测技术的发展提供文献支持。
Flumequine is an animal-specific medicine belonging to second generation quinolone antibiotics,which is used to treat and prevent animal disease in aquiculture,livestock and poultry bleeding.Flumequine residues in animal products because of long time or irrational way of using flumequine bring potential health hazards,which have already caused broad attention.In this paper,we summed up the maximum residue limit of flumequine in animal foods and samplep retreatment methods,and reviewed the progress of new detecting methods including capillary electropohresis,fluorescent analysis,surface acoustic wave sensor,and micellar chromatography.These provided the bibliographic uspport to promote the detection technology of food safety in our country.
