摘要
研究了FANUC 0iD数控系统增量式和绝对式回参考点的过程、相关参数设置,并根据数控机床回参考点过程编制了PMC程序。结合常见回参考点故障现象,进行了故障分析、诊断与排除方法的总结。
The process of incremental and absolute returning to reference point of FANUC0iD NC system and the setting of related parameters are studied.Moreoverthe PMC program is programmed according to the NC machine tools back to reference point.Combined with the common fault phenomenon of back to reference point,the methods of fault analysis,diagnosis and elimination are summarized.
