摘要 光照是影响生物钟节律重要的因素之一。光照条件的变化通过视觉通路向大脑中的生物钟结构发送信号进而调整生理和行为的节律。同时,光照还可以通过非视觉通路影响大脑功能和认知能力等。本文对光照对生物钟节律的调控以及对大脑功能的影响的研究进展进行综述,希望为光生物安全研究、环境光照设计以及相关疾病的临床治疗提供参考依据。 Light is one of the important regulators of the circadian clock.Light provides visual information to clock systems in brain and guides physiological rhythms and behavior.And light also exerts non-visual effects on brain functions such as sleep/wake regulation and cognition.In this review,we provide an overview of the physiological basis of light as they emerged from circadian rhythm research,and summarize recent data that reveal the effects of light on brain function,in order to provide insights for lighting design,photobiological safety study and clinical therapy of related diseases.
