摘要
对植物生长的光环境的测量是LED植物工厂等都市农业研发和生产的基础。目前,人工光源植物照明多使用蓝光、红光、远红光等单色LED,而光合有效辐射(PAR)光量子传感器测量400~700 nm波段的光量子通量密度,无法同时测量这几种单色LED的光量子通量密度,因而无法实现光质比的实时测量及与其他系统的反馈控制,为此我们提出一种多通道光量子传感器来解决该问题。我们阐述了该传感器的设计原理及结构;推导出不同通道的标定系数表达式,随后应用基于DMX512协议的控制器搭建标定装置,并以红光通道与蓝光通道为例对文章所设计传感器定标,结果表明该传感器拥有很好的线性响应度;最后利用该传感器设计了一套能够控制总光量子通量密度及光质比的智能光环境控制系统。
The measurement of plant growth’s luminous environment is the basis of urban agriculture,such as LED plant factory.The PAR quantum sensors,which measure the photon flux of radiation in the spectral interval400~700nm,can’t measure the several intervals which are used in plant lighting simultaneously,but the LED plant factory needs these data and their ratios by far.Therefore,a type of multi-channel quantum sensor is designed to solve this problem.Firstly,the paper expounds the design principle and structure of the sensor.It then elicits the calibration coefficient expression of the sensor’s different channels,and calibrates the unregulated sensors by the PQS-1sensor under the calibration device constructed by controller based on DMX512protocol.Results indicate that the linear response of sensors is good.The article finally designs a set of light environment control system,which can auto control the photon fluxes and light quality ratios,based on the sensors.
