摘要
目的探讨臭氧消毒在头面颈部烧伤患者枕芯消毒中的效果观察。方法对40例符合头面颈部II-III烧伤诊断患者的枕芯采用随机数字法分为臭氧消毒机消毒组(干预组)和传统方法组(对照组),比较消毒后两组患者枕芯同一时间的枕芯污染率和致病菌阳性率。结果对照组与干预组同一时间的枕芯污染率和致病菌阳性率比较,干预组均低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论头面颈部烧伤患者的枕芯随着患者住院时间的延长致病菌阳性率越高;臭氧消毒机可降低枕芯污染率和致病菌检出比例,从而降低创面污染风险。
Objective To study the effect of continuous ozone disinfection on the bacterial contamination of the pillows for patients with head and neck burns.Methods Toally40patients with II-IIIo head and neck burnswere divided into the treatment and control groups:the former was treated with continuous ozone disinfection and the latter with traditional disinfection.They were compared in terms of the rates of bacterial detection and pillow bacterial contamination.Result The rates of bacterial detection and pillow bacterial contamination in the treatment group were both significantly lower than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The rate of pillow bacterial contamination goes high as its use time is long.The ozone disinfection machine is effective in the reduction of bacterial detection and pillow bacterial contamination so as to lower the risk of wound infections.
