摘要
为了提高B87MnQL盘条电阻对焊焊接(RBW)性能,以B87MnQL盘条为研究材料,运用优化的焊接参数进行电阻对焊,对焊接接头进行室温拉伸试验及多道次拉拔、热镀锌以及稳定化处理。借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜,分析不同的焊后热处理工艺时焊接接头组织的变化情况,探讨B87MnQL盘条焊接区域的断口形貌,研究B87MnQL盘条通过拉拔、热镀锌和稳定化处理的力学性能。结果显示,B87MnQL镀锌钢丝产品的性能完全符合国家标准的要求。
In order to improve the properties of RBW joints with B87MnQL wire rod steel,using the B87MnQL steel wire rod as the test material to carry out the RBW test by optimized parameters.And the tensile test at room temperature,multi-pass drawing,hot dip galvanizing and stabilizing treatment are carried out on welded joints.By OM and SEM,the change of microstructure of welded joints with different postweld heat treatments is analyzed,the appearance of fracture of welding area of B87MnQL steel wire rod is discussed,and the mechanical properties of B87MnQL after drawing,hot dip galvanizing and stabilizing treatment are studied.The result shows that the properties of B87MnQL galvanized steel wire completely meet the requirements of national standards.
