摘要
[目的]研究南五味子种子萌发的最佳条件。[方法]采用种子破皮处理、不同温度浸种以及不同的土壤对比,对南五味子进行了种子育苗观察及苗木的早期生长测量。[结果]南五味子育苗萌发率最高的基质为黑色田园土,其萌发率可达60%,其平均生长速度为0.34 cm/d。种子破皮处理有助于提高萌发率,其萌发率可提高1.36倍。20℃水温浸泡20 min后的南五味子种子萌发率最高,可达76.67%。[结论]南五味子可采用种子破皮和20℃水温浸泡20 min,并采用黑色田园土作为基质来进行育苗,能提高其萌发率。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the optimum conditions for the germination of Kadsura longipedunculata seeds.[Method]The seedling of Kadsura longipedunculata was observed by seed breaking treatment,seed soaking at different temperatures and different soils.The early growth of seedlings was measured.[Result]The results showed that the highest germination rate of Kadsura longipedunculata seedlings was black pastoral soil,the highest seed germination rate was60%and the average growth rate was0.34cm/d.The seed breaking treatment was helpful to improve the germination rate,the germination rate could be increased by1.36times.The seed germination rate of Kadsura longipedunculata was the highest after soaking at20°C for20min,reaching76.67%.[Conclusion]The germination rate of Kadsura longipedunculata could improve though the seed breaking treatment and20°C water temperature soaking for20min in black pastoral soil.
