摘要
通过全省冲击地压专项调研,详细掌握了陕西省冲击地压发生情况,包括冲击地压矿井分布、灾害发展过程与特点,预测了灾害发展趋势。总结了陕西省冲击地压矿井地质及开采条件特点,研究了各条件与冲击地压灾害的关联性。从鉴定、评价、防范、监测、解危、管理、监管及研究等8个方面全面总结了陕西省冲击地压防治现状。最后,立足陕西省冲击地压矿井特殊条件,分析了冲击地压防治工作中面临的主要难题,并提出了相应对策。
According special investigate and survey of rock burst in all province,rock burst occurrence of all Shaanxi province was mastered in detail,which include rock burst coal mine distribution,disaster development and characters and disaster development trend was predicted And geological and mining situation of rock burst coal mine in all Shaanxi province were summarized,the relationship between all kinds situation and rock burst was analyzed The current situation of Shaanxi province rock burst prevention and cure were summarized in following eight aspects,which include authentication,evaluation,precaution,monitoring,disaster releasing,management,supervise and studying At the last,based on special situation of Shaanxi province rock burst coal mine,the main difficulty problems of rock burst prevention and cure were analyzed,and the some corresponding countermeasures were put forward
