黄姑鱼幼鱼对硫酸铜和甲醛的耐受性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为掌握黄姑鱼幼鱼对硫酸铜和甲醛的耐受性,采用静态试验方法研究了水温在26~28℃条件下,2种药物对体长(1.48±0.35)cm、体重(0.43±0.09)g黄姑鱼幼鱼的急性毒性.结果显示,硫酸铜对黄姑鱼幼鱼的半致死浓度C_(l50)(8 h)、C_(l50)(24 h)、C_(l50)(48 h)、C_(l50)(72 h)、C_(l50)(96 h)分别为1.55,1.27,0.89,0.59,0.57 mg·L^(-1),安全质量浓度值为0.13 mg·L-1;甲醛对黄姑鱼幼鱼的C_(l50)(8 h)、C_(l50)(24 h)、C_(l50)(48 h)、C_(l50)(72 h)、C_(l50)(96 h)分别为295.02,155.98,88.88,50.01,39.48 mg·L-1,安全质量浓度值为8.66 mg·L-1.结果表明,2种药物对黄姑鱼幼鱼的毒性都比较大,使用时存在中毒风险,并且黄姑鱼幼鱼对硫酸铜的敏感度远高于甲醛,生产中应当谨慎使用. Hydrostatic bioassay was used to examine the acute toxicity of copper sulfate and formaldehyde of Nibea albiflora juvenile with 26~28℃water temperature.The body length of the fish were(1.48±0.35)cm and weight were(0.43±0.09)g.Copper sulfate on N.albiflora juvenile of the Cl50(8 h),Cl50(24 h),Cl50(48 h),Cl50(72 h),Cl50(96 h)values were 1.55,1.27,0.89,0.59,and 0.57mg·L-1.The results showed that the safe concentration value was 0.13mg·L-1.Formaldehyde on N.albiflora of the Cl50(8 h),Cl50(24 h),Cl50(48 h),Cl50(72 h),Cl50(96 h)values were 295.02,155.98,88.88,50.01,and 39.48mg·L-1.The safe concentration value was 8.66mg·L-1.The toxicity of the two drugs on Xiangshan N.albiflora juvenile was evident.There is a risk of poisoning when the drugs were used.The sensitivity of copper sulfate is greater than formaldehyde in aquatic production.The use of copper sulfate is not recommended and formaldehyde should be used with cautious in aquaculture.
