摘要
通过对非独立悬架中钢板弹簧在整车状态下的运动轨迹的分析,阐述了对称式钢板板簧、非对称式钢板弹簧运动轨迹作图法。运用中心拓展作图法,在CATIA模块中以草图绘制为基础,对板簧和轮心轨迹进行绘制。通过DMU运动仿真模块来模拟板簧的运动方式,对对称和非对称式钢板弹簧运动轨迹进行运动仿真。运用ADAMS方法,根据非独立悬架运动学原理,以模型的空间位置为基础,在整车坐标系下得到了钢板弹簧运动轨迹。通过中心拓展作图法与ADAMS方法对比分析,验证了该方法设计的板簧在轮边、后桥、传动轴等跳动校核中的有效性。
The paper mainly introduces the trajectories of asymmetric leaf spring in the condition of the vehicle,and drawing method of symmetrical plate spring plate and asymmetrical leaf spring is described.Using the center expansion mapping method and each of them are based on sketch drawing in the CATIA module,the spring plate and wheel center trajectory are plotted.Through the DMU movementsimulation module,the spring leaf movement mode is established,and the motion trajectory of symmetrical and asymmetrical leaf springs is simulated.According to the kinematic principle of non independent suspension,the spatial position of the model is utilized,the trajectory of leaf spring in the whole vehicle coordinate system is verified.The method ensures the design,application and verification of the leaf springs,the rear axles,the transmission shafts and so on in the whole vehicle design.
