摘要 由于港口建设对于城市经济发展的重大作用以及天津港爆炸产生的巨大社会效应,我们应更加重视安全,加强对港口生产建设的安全管理。基于风险管理原理和港口设备维修作业及风险的特点,改进JHA在维修作业中的安全风险识别,系统、全面、准确的识别维修作业安全风险及其危险因素,形成危险源识别及风险评价表。根据危险因素对应的控制措施制定出隐患排查单,便于企业对设备进行安全管理。 Due to the significant role of port construction in urban economic development and the huge social effect caused by the explosion in Tianjin Port,we should pay more attention to safety and strengthen the safety management of port production and construction.Based on the principle of risk management and port equipment maintenance operations and risk characteristics,safety risk identification of JHA in maintenance operations is improved to systematically and comprehensively and accurately identifies the safety risks of maintenance operations and their risk factors to form hazard identification and risk assessment tables.A hidden checklist is developed according to the control measures of risk factors,to facilitate safety management of equipment.
