摘要 丹大快速铁路与沈大既有营业线以隧道下穿方式立体交叉通过,存在沈大既有线路基较高,下穿隧道埋深较浅,围岩破碎等诸多不利因素,且需进行大断面隧道掘进与衬砌作业。经论证施工中需采用轨道加固、地层固结注浆和隧道超前支护、微差爆破等多项综合技术,成功地解决了大断面隧道小净距下穿既有铁路正线施工的安全。 The existing business lines of Dandong-Dalian Intercity Railway and Shenyang-Dalian are intersected by tunnel underpass.There are many unfavorable factors such as the high embankment of Shenyang-Dalian existing line,the shallow depth of underpass tunnel and the surrounding rock broken,which need carrying out large section tunnel boring and lining work.The demonstration shows that it is necessary to adopt a number of comprehensive technologies,such as orbital consolidation,formation grouting,tunnel advance support and millisecond blasting,to successfully solve the safe construction problem of large section tunnel small clear distance underpass the existing railway line.
