摘要
盾构机磨桩主要是以"磨削"为理念,对盾构机的速度和推力进行控制,在以往施工中都是靠盾构操作手来电动调节推进泵控制推进速度,对操作手技术经验要求很高。本文以杭州地铁2号线SG2-14标段区间隧道磨桩为例,讲述了采用低速泵代替原推进泵在盾构机磨桩中控制推进速度,来降低操作手电动控制偏差。并可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
The grinding pile of shield machine is mainly relied on the“grinding”concept to control the machine's speed and thrust.In the past construction,high-skilled technical experiences of operators were required owing to we depended a shield operator to electrically regulate the propulsion pump to control the driving speed.Taking the tunnel grinding pile in the section of Hangzhou Metro Line 2 Lot SG2-14 as an example,this paper described using low speed pump instead of the original propulsion pump to control the driving speed in the grinding pile of shield machine,so as to reduce the operator's electric control deviation.It could provide reference for similar projects in the future.
