摘要
为满足机床加工需求和提高加工效率,将传统台式钻床加工方式进行改造,设计了一种基于PLC自动化控制的钻床加工系统。以PLC作为控制器,换向电磁阀、伺服电机、液压缸为驱动设备的控制方法,重点讲解了液压回路、控制系统的硬件组成、电控原理以及PID参数对控制电机影响。最后,成功连接整个控制系统回路,并进行钻床调试和实验。实验数据表明:该钻床自动化加工控制系统设计合理,能够达到实际加工要求。
In order to meet the processing demand of machine tool and improve machining efficiency,the traditional bench drilling machine is transformed and a drilling machine system based on PLC automation control is designed.With PLC as the controller,the reversing solenoid valves,servo motor,hydraulic cylinder to drive the control method of a device,hydraulic circuits,focuses on the hardware of the control system,electric control principle and PID parameters to control the motor.Finally,the control system circuit is successfully connected and the drill bed is tested and tested.The experimental data show that the automatic control system of the drilling machine can meet the actual machining requirements.
