摘要 机床主轴指的是机床上带动工件或刀具旋转的轴,主轴部件的运动精度和结构刚度是决定加工质量和切削效率的重要因素。本文设计一种便于冷却和吹屑的机床主轴吹屑和冷却使用了同一条吹气通道,降低了维护成本,保障加工精度和工作效率,并进行优化,优化后提高了机床的加工精度并且减少机床的维修次数、延长机床的使用寿命,大大提高了工作效率和经济效益。 The spindle of the machine tool is the shaft that drives the workpiece or the tool on the machine tool.The movementaccuracy and structural rigidity of the spindle components are the important factors that determine the machining quality and cuttingefficiency.In this paper,a machine tool spindle is designed,which is convenient for cooling and blowing dust.The same blowing channel isused for blowing dust and cooling,which reduces the maintenance cost,ensures the machining accuracy and working efficiency,andoptimizes it.After optimization,the machining accuracy of the machine is improved,and the maintenance times of the machine are reduced,the service life of the machine is prolonged,and the working efficiency and economic benefit are improved.
