摘要
液压管接头的锥面口径是企业生产需要严格检验和控制参数之一。由于它的小连接件结构,其口径合格性难以快速检测。通过研究它的结构和几何特性,提出一种直接测量"圆锥体某截面到端面"的距离,间接检测小连接件锥面口径的方法,并具体设计了适用于锥角74°锥面的实例检具。该检具装置主要有定位和测量部分,结构简单,操作便捷。经实验数据测评,它能有效提高小微企业生产现场检验的准度和时效。
The cone diam eter of a hydraulic pipe joint is one of the parameters that require strict inspection and control for enterprise production.Because of its small connector structure,its diameter qualification is difficult to be quickly checked.Through the study of its structure and geometric characteristics,this paper puts forward a method of checking small diameter cone connectors by measuring the distance from the section to the end face of a cone.A special test tool for measuring74°conical surface is designed.The checking fixture mainly consists of positioning andmeasuring parts,the structure is simple,the operation is convenient.The experim ental data shows that it can effectively improve accuracy and efficiency of inspection in the production of small and micro enterprises.
