摘要
压缩机喘振控制曲线是保障压缩机运行的关键。本文根据压缩机性能计算公式及工程热力学公式设计出了新型喘振控制曲线计算方案,并根据压缩机使用环境和介质的不同,设计出了三种喘振控制曲线计算方案来更加精确地保障压缩机安全运行。
Compressor surge control curve is the key to ensure the safety operation of the compressor.In this paper,a new surge control curve calculation method is designed according to the compressor performance calculation formula and engineering thermodynamic formula.In addition,three surge control curve calculation methods are also designed according to the compressor medium and operating environment that provide the safe operation for the compressor.
