摘要
关于肝着(慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB))治疗的研究近年获得了较大进展,但治疗存在疗程长、易复发的难题。文章主要通过对近5年来的肝着/CHB的中西医治疗文献进行整理,并分析总结,主要围绕其中医病因病机及辨证论治,西医发病机制及治疗等方面进行探讨,并根据患者的体质、症状,针对性的选择个体化治疗方案。
The research on liver fixity(chronic hepatitis B(CHB))has made great progress in recent years.However,there is a long course of treatment and easy to relapse.This article mainly through the literature of Chinese and western medicine treatment of the liver fixity/CHB,summary and analysis,mainly around the etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine pathogenesis and treatment were discussed,and according to patients'constitution,symptoms,the selection of the targeted individualized treatment plan.
