槐糖脂强化修复Cd污染的土壤

摘要 以芥菜为修复植物,采用生物表面活性剂槐糖脂对Cd污染土壤进行强化修复.考察不同Cd质量浓度污染土壤、槐糖脂施加质量浓度以及槐糖脂施加时间等因素对芥菜生长和修复效果的影响,用ICP-MS对根和叶中Cd的质量浓度进行了测定.结果表明,一定质量浓度的Cd能促进芥菜生长.随着土壤中Cd质量浓度的增加,根和叶中Cd质量浓度和Cd吸收量也都增加.当土壤Cd质量浓度为50 mg/kg,分别在植物生长旺盛期和生长后期施加0.05 g/kg的槐糖脂时,植物的生物富集因子(BCF)和转移因子(TF)分别达到最大.可见,槐糖脂对Cd污染土壤具有一定的修复潜能. Enhanced remediation of Cd-contaminated soil were carried out in a plant growth chamber with Brassica juncea as plant,the biosurfactant sophorolipid as enhancing agent.Effect of Cd content in soil,sophorolipid concentration,and addition time of sophorolipid on the remediation was investigated.Concentrations of Cd in the root and shoot were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results show that a certain concentration of Cd promotes the growth of Brassica juncea.Concentration and total uptake amount of Cd in root and shoot increase with the increase of Cd concentration in soil.BCF and TF reach the maximum when0.05g/kg sophorolipid was added on the middle period and the later stage of growth for50mg/kg Cd-contaminated soil respectively.It is can be concluded that sophorolipids have some potential for remediation of Cd contaminated soil.
