摘要
随着原油开采量逐年上升,原油质量不断下降,在生产中造成了一些困难,本文主要针对炼油厂催化装置沉降器结焦问题进行讨论,主要对结焦的原理和原因进行了简要阐述,提出了一些相关的技改措施,为延长开工周期,保持生产稳定和取得可观的经济效益提供相应的理论基础。
With the increase of crude oil production,the quality of crude oil is decreasing year by year,resulting in some difficulties in production.This paper mainly discusses the coking problem of the settler in the catalytic unit of oil refinery,mainly describes the coking principle and reasons,and puts forward some relevant technical improvement measures,which provide the corresponding theoretical basis for prolonging the startup period,maintaining production stability and obtaining considerable economic benefits.
