摘要
论文将高校教师专业发展评价标准作为研究对象,从评价标准对教师专业发展的影响进行分析研究,进而对高校教师专业发展的评价标准提出了相应的规定。此研究的主要目的是为了促进教师的专业发展,进而为我国高校教师的专业性提供新的发展方向,促进我国高校教育事业的不断进步。
This paper takes the evaluation standard of professional development of university teachers as the research object,analyzes the influence of the evaluation standard on the professional development of teachers,and then puts forward the corresponding regulations on the evaluation standard of professional development of university teachers.The main purpose of this paper is to promote the professional development of teachers,and then provide a new direction for the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities,and promote the continuous progress of the cause of education in colleges and universities in China.
