摘要
面对老龄化给社会经济发展带来的种种问题和挑战,寻求积极老龄化的措施成为各国的必然选择。本文从老年人力资源开发的角度出发,对当下时代背景、党和国家政策及老同志自身特点进行分析,并结合中国石化离退休工作实践,就如何搭建好促进低龄退休老同志发挥作用、实现价值的平台进行了思考。
In the face of the various problems and challenges that aging brings to social and economic development,it has become the inevitable choice of all countries to adopt measures to seek productive aging.The paper,from the perspective of human resources development,analyses the background of current times,the policy of the Party and the State as well as the characteristics of senior people.Taking the practices of SINOPEC Group as examples,the paper also offers insights on how to establish a platform for veterans and retirees to contribute and achieve worthiness in old age.
