摘要
目前,我国农村环境污染问题受到社会各界人们的广泛重视。从法律层面来讲,造成我国农村环境污染问题越来越严重的原因包括立法、执法及司法三个方面。立法层面体现在我国农村环境立法不健全造成农村防治环境污染问题无法解决;执法层面体现在农村环境执法不严格,导致个人或者企业不把法律放在眼里;司法层面体现在有关环境的司法案件长时间不处理,影响了司法在农民心中的公正性和及时性。所以,分析防治农村环境污染问题的对策,希望能够有效改善当前我国农村环境现状。
At present,the problem of rural environmental pollution in China has been widely regarded by people from all walks of life.At the legal level,the causes for the more and more serious pollution problem in rural China come from the three aspects of legislation,law enforcement and justice:the unsound rural environmental legislation causes the insoluble environmental pollution problem in rural areas;not strictly enforced law enforcement in rural environment leads to the disregard of law by individuals or enterprises;un-handled judicial cases relevant to environment for a long time will affect the fairness and timeliness of the judicial system in farmers’minds.Therefore,it is hopeful to improve the current situation of rural environment in China by analyzing the countermeasures against rural environmental pollution.
