摘要
当前,我国大学生体质健康问题普遍令人担忧,如何提高大学生体质健康已经成为全社会共同关心的问题。在这样的实际情况下,怎样培养大学生的体育健康习惯已经成为高等院校体育教学中重点内容。基于此,分析大学生体育健康习惯对于自身身体体质的影响,并提出有效合理的体育课程教育方法,希望能够帮助我国大学生进一步提高身体素质。
At present,college students’physical health has been a worrying problem,and how to improve college students’physical health has become a common concern of the whole society.In such practical situation,how to train college students’physical health habits has become the key teaching content of physical education.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence of college students’physical health habits on their physical constitution,and puts forward effective and reasonable physical education methods,hoping to help college students to further improve their physical fitness.
