摘要
目的调查血源性疾病职业暴露后护理人员的不确定感和焦虑变化。方法采用疾病不确定感量表、焦虑自评量表对92例血源性疾病职业暴露护理人员于暴露后第1天、3天、14天的不确定感和焦虑进行量化分析。结果三次调查时间点,护理人员的不确定感和焦虑水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中暴露后第3天不确定感和焦虑水平最高。结论血源性疾病职业暴露护理人员在暴露后不同时间存在不同程度的不确定感和焦虑水平,管理者应实施针对性的干预措施,缓解其负性情绪。
Objective To understand nurses’anxiety resulting from the uncertainty feeling caused by occupational exposure to blood borne diseases.Method92nurses were firstly chosen as the subjects of study.Uncertainty in illness scale and self-rating anxiety scale were then utilized to document the subjects’feelings they experienced on the first day,the third day and the fourteenth day subsequent to their exposure to blood borne diseases.The data collected were lastly subjected to a quantitative analysis.Findings The differences in the levels of uncertainty feelings and the anxiety incurred thereby between the three different times were statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest level of uncertainty and anxiety was observed on the third day subsequent to exposure.Conclusion The degrees of uncertainty feeling and anxiety which nurses experience following occupational exposure to blood borne diseases differ on different times after exposure.Medical affairs managers can tap into the findings in setting interventions to alleviate nurses’negative emotions.
