摘要 综采工作面过断层带时,经常出现顶板破碎、煤壁片帮现象,采用传统支设木柱的方法对破碎顶板进行维护,不仅降低了工作面回采效率,加大了顶板维护难度,而且很容易出现顶板垮落事故。对此西山煤电集团白家庄矿驻斜沟项目部通过技术研究,决定在斜沟煤矿16502综采工作面过断层破碎带时采用走向前探梁吊棚+撞楔超前支护,实践证明取得了显著成效。 When passing through a fault zone,the fully mechanized coal face often encounters roof fracture zone and coal wall spalling.The traditional wooden poles for maintenance of broken roof not only reduces the efficiency of mining face,but also increases the roof maintenance difficulty,an dis prone to roof caving accident.To solve it,Xishan Coal Electricity Group,Baijiazhuang Coal Mine,after the technical research,decides to adopt towards the ground beam before hanging tent+hit forepole wedge,when the 16502 fully mechanized coal face passes through the fault fracture zone in coal mine,it proves to have achieved a remarkable success.
