摘要 综采工作面的安装速度直接影响工作面的接替。由于综采工作面设备多,设备体积大直接制约工作面的安装速度,尤其在大倾角工作面安装期间,设备运输期存在安全隐患。该工作面通过制定合理的安装工艺,运输过程中采取分层刹车,提高了运输安装效率,实现了大倾角工作面安全快速安装,有效缓解了工作面接替紧张,同时为类似条件下综采工作面高效安装提供经验。 The installation speed of fully mechanized coal face directly affects the replacement of the working face.Because of more equipment in fully mechanized mining face the installation speed of the working face is directly restricted by the large volume of the equipment.Especially during the installation of the high angle working face,there is a safety hazard during the transportation.By making a reasonable working face installation process,stratifying brakes in the course of transportation,the working face improves the efficiency of transportation and installation realizes the safety and rapid installation of large angle working face and effectively relieves stress on the face of work and at the same time,it provides experience for high efficient installation of fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
